IT Services Engineer III

About the role

IPSY is seeking an IT Services Engineer III to join its corporate IT team. This remote‑first position is based in Buenos Aires and will support the company’s growing presence in Argentina while serving the global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and automate core systems that power the organization’s workforce.
• Manage identity, collaboration tooling, and device‑management platforms.
• Provision and secure user accounts and build automations to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day IT ecosystem operations.
• Coordinate new‑hire device provisioning, shipping logistics, and physical preparation for employees in the Buenos Aires area.

Required profile

• Highly technical, driven, and resourceful with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering solutions on the fly.
• Passionate about automation and fluent with AI‑based tools.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas and improve existing processes without waiting for direction.
