IT Developer – Build Scalable Ecommerce Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an IT Developer to design, build and maintain the technology backbone that powers our fast‑growing ecommerce group. You will work on internal tools, automation systems, platform integrations and other technical solutions that enable the business to scale efficiently. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to identify technical challenges and deliver solutions that improve internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain web applications, internal platforms and business tools.
• Create reliable, scalable software solutions that support rapid company growth.
• Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Improve system performance, reliability and scalability.
• Develop integrations between internal systems, ecommerce platforms and third‑party applications.
• Maintain clean, secure, well‑documented and maintainable code.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools to accelerate coding and increase productivity.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized and execution‑driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and solving complex problems.
• Effective collaborator with leadership, operations, product and marketing teams.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and drives projects to completion.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Web application development.
• API integration.
