About the role

Join ABB’s Electrification business area in Bella Vista, Tucumán, as a Quality & Continuous Improvement intern. You will support operations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain hands‑on experience in lean and quality methodologies.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to support ABB’s operations and ensure project completion within defined timelines.
Use understanding of customer needs and ABB solutions to determine effective solutions and successful project outcomes.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
Seek feedback and guidance from the manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Required profile

Student of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Engaged in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and interested in the industrial engineering and electrical sectors.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
