About the role

Join ABB’s Electrification business area in Bella Vista as a Quality & Continuous Improvement Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting operations, learning from a dedicated manager, and contributing to projects that enhance efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to support ABB’s operations and ensure project completion within defined timelines.
• Utilize understanding of customer needs and ABB solutions to determine effective solutions aligned with requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seek feedback and guidance from the manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Required profile

• Student of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Engaged in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and familiar with industrial engineering and electrical sectors.
• Enjoy working with digital tools while balancing shop‑floor methodologies in the electrification market.
• Qualified in Microsoft Office tools.
• Passionate about quality, efficiency and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
