About the role
Join ABB’s Electrification business area in Bella Vista, Tucumán, as a Quality & Continuous Improvement intern. You will support operations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain hands‑on experience in lean and quality methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to support ABB’s operations and ensure project completion within defined timelines.
- Use understanding of customer needs and ABB solutions to determine effective solutions and successful project outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
- Seek feedback and guidance from the manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
Required profile
- Student of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Engaged in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and interested in the industrial engineering and electrical sectors.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
