Import Supply Chain Analyst – Precision Planting

About the role

Join AGCO’s Precision Planting team in Argentina as an Import Supply Chain Analyst. You will coordinate the flow of retrofit and OEM parts, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory of imported parts and oversee import orders from placement to delivery.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Sales Operations, logistics providers and the Foreign Trade team on invoice control, packing list generation, and issue resolution.
• Utilize digital ordering tools to expedite order entry, tracking and transparency.
• Monitor order status, proactively address inventory gaps and supply‑chain challenges.
• Develop and maintain key supply‑chain reports (lead time, delivery time, air/sea ratios) to support decision‑making.
• Identify and communicate improvement opportunities for the distribution system in Argentina.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in logistics, customs, or supply‑chain management.
• Strong organizational ability to gather and present multi‑layered data.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
