Senior Logistics Manager – Global Business Services

About the role

The Senior Logistics Manager leads workforce capability, operational excellence and resilient logistics performance at Ecolab’s Buenos Aires site. Reporting informally to North American and Global Logistics leaders, the role drives talent strategy, continuous improvement and cross‑regional collaboration while operating with high independence.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding and talent planning for the local logistics organization and develop talent pipelines.
• Coach, engage and develop team members to build a high‑performing, inclusive and resilient workforce.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives, using data, KPIs and structured problem‑solving to close performance gaps.
• Own onsite technical, operational and people‑related issues, escalating only when additional support is required.
• Develop and maintain resiliency and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Build credibility and trusted relationships across the Buenos Aires logistics organization and with global stakeholders, sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams or functional initiatives.
• Strong supply‑chain or logistics background in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience in talent development, team engagement and continuous improvement.
• Advanced degree (MBA or master’s) and experience in multinational, matrixed organizations are preferred.
