Associate Planning Manager

About the role

Ecolab Services is looking for an Associate Planning Manager to lead raw‑material planning for its Global Business Solutions organization in Buenos Aires. You will partner with procurement, suppliers, manufacturing sites and planning teams to ensure supply continuity, balance service, inventory and cost objectives, and drive performance against key KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with procurement, suppliers, internal plant personnel, central planning and supply‑chain management to resolve supply issues and shortages.
• Identify future stock‑out dates, inventory needs and required actions, and lead hyper‑care discussions when needed.
• Coach the network materials team on continuous‑improvement practices and implement best‑practice solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional supply‑chain projects that impact safety, quality, service and cost.
• Monitor master data and supply‑chain parameters in the planning ERP system and manage inventory levels across network stocking locations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply‑Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply‑chain planning, manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Fluent English and strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience leading or developing others and resolving conflicts.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
