Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Manager / HR Business Partner to build and lead the local HR function for our new studio in Moreno, Argentina. This role offers the chance to shape HR processes from the ground up in a fast‑growth iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the HR function, processes and practices for the new studio.
• Lead talent acquisition and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, organisational development and workforce planning.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll and compensation & benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Argentine labour legislation and HR best practice.
• Provide trusted HR advice and support to stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR experience, ideally as an HRBP or HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labour legislation and local HR practices.
• Proven ability to build HR processes and structures from the ground up.
• Commercial and strategic mindset with a willingness to remain hands‑on.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
