HR Ventures & Acquisition Associate Manager (English/Portuguese)

About the role

The HR Ventures & Acquisition (V&A) team partners with deal teams across Accenture’s acquisitions to design and implement HR solutions that enable smooth integration of acquired businesses. This role supports the full M&A lifecycle, from due‑diligence assessment to post‑deal integration, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage due‑diligence data validation, assess talent risks, and influence integration strategies.
• Develop preliminary HR integration plans covering compensation, benefits, payroll, career architecture, incentives, compliance and culture.
• Partner with global and local HR, Finance, Legal and Corporate Development teams to estimate costs and design solutions.
• Lead HR integration planning and execution, delivering employee journey designs, performance and retention plans, and onboarding processes for acquired staff.

Required profile

• Deep experience managing a broad range of HR programmes, especially Total Rewards and analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Proven project‑management skills with risk identification and mitigation.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Understanding of HR ERP systems and performance‑management tools.
