HR Services Partner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented HR Services Partner to join our Global HR Services team in Buenos Aires. The role offers exposure to international HR operations and the chance to develop a career in Human Resources within a newly established HR Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Process HR invoices for multiple legal entities worldwide.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and termination agreements in line with global and local requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, including Workday entry, induction scheduling and IT logistics.
• Support intercompany transfers and maintain employee lifecycle data in Workday.
• Raise tickets/escalations, track resolutions and run regular Workday reports.
• Respond to employee and manager queries via email, portal or ticketing system.
• Maintain digital personnel dossiers, audit data integrity and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
