About the role

Beige, an AI‑powered media technology platform, is seeking a high‑energy HR Manager to build a robust HR infrastructure and support rapid global scaling. This is a fast‑paced, results‑driven position that blends compliance, recruitment, payroll, and contract administration for a growing startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and approve US employment contracts, NDAs, and independent contractor agreements in line with federal and state labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment intake, approve job ads, conduct final interview rounds, and make hiring decisions with department leads.
• Authorize monthly global and domestic payroll, bonuses, and overtime using platforms such as Deel and internal payment spreadsheets.
• Lead internal audits of employee files, promotion records, and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Maintain KPI dashboards for recruitment pipelines and resolve escalations or disputes promptly.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of US employment law and contract administration.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in high‑growth, remote environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational precision.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment and payroll processes.
