Talent Acquisition Specialist – Onsite in Moreno

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high‑volume recruitment team in Moreno, Argentina. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for operational roles while strengthening our employer brand across social media and internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support full recruitment cycle for high‑volume operational positions, from sourcing to on‑site interviews.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and social media platforms.
• Handle large daily CV inflow, maintain structured pipelines and use ATS tools to keep data up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate hiring events, recruitment campaigns and assessment days.
• Publish and manage job postings across predefined channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns on social media to boost employer branding.
• Assist internal communications related to recruitment updates, culture and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing or EBIC teams to improve recruitment visibility.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Proven experience in high‑volume/mass recruitment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs and fast‑paced hiring cycles.
• Fluent in English (B2‑C1).
• Proactive mindset.
