HR Generalist – On‑site in Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Buenos Aires office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will support daily people operations and help create a healthy work environment while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and communicate company policies that foster a positive workplace.
• Monitor compensation and benefits plans and ensure accurate time‑keeping records.
• Organise training and development initiatives and manage employee onboarding.
• Address employee requests and grievances promptly.
• Maintain electronic and paper employee files and HR procedures.
• Perform occasional receptionist duties.
• Oversee general office tasks such as maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, budgeting, errands, and logistics.
• Adapt to additional duties outside the core scope as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative roles.
• Tech‑savvy with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, self‑starter and team player.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet full‑time, on‑site availability.
• Resident of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
