HR Generalist (On Site – Buenos Aires)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Buenos Aires office. The role supports daily people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and a healthy work environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Monitor compensation and benefits plans.
• Collect and verify time‑keeping information for all employees.
• Organize training and development initiatives.
• Conduct employee onboarding.
• Address employee requests and grievances promptly.
• Maintain HR procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
• Keep employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
• Perform receptionist duties when needed.
• Manage office‑generalist tasks such as maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics and coordination.
• Undertake additional duties outside the core specification as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative positions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality‑focused work.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, self‑starter and team player.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Full‑time, onsite availability.
• Resident of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
