HR Coordinator – US Operations (Remote)

About the role

Exceptional HR Solutions is looking for a highly organized HR Coordinator to support U.S.-based clients. The role is fully remote and involves managing HR administrative processes, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for U.S. employees, including documentation and system updates.
• Maintain accurate employee files, compliance records, and HRIS data.
• Support lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and status updates.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and related documentation.
• Provide recruiting support by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer packages.
• Help prepare payroll data, generate reports, and follow up on administrative tasks.
• Create HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Organize client meetings, communications, and track action items.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting U.S.-based HR operations or clients.
• Hands‑on experience with onboarding, off‑boarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
