HR Business Partner – People Operations (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Dream Clean 123 is scaling its residential and commercial cleaning services across the US and needs a proactive HR Business Partner to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for its field workforce. This fully remote position supports candidates in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, or Colombia and works closely with senior leadership to shape people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for field and operational roles, from sourcing to offer extension.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding, including Gusto configuration, documentation, and first‑day setup.
• Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records in Gusto.
• Develop, enforce, and update HR policies on conduct, attendance, performance, and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment laws and flag potential risks.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee‑relations issues and coordinate escalations.
• Write and maintain job descriptions as the team expands.
• Partner with the Director of Operations and senior leaders on workforce planning and people strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance.
• Proven experience recruiting hourly or field‑based workers.
• Hands‑on experience with Gusto or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and takes initiative.
• Available and responsive during EST business hours.
