HR Business Partner / HR Director – Core Business Unit

About the role

This position is for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Director who will lead people strategy for a core business unit of a globally distributed, technology‑driven organization based in Argentina. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on HR operations, supporting leaders and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning, performance management and talent acquisition with strategic objectives.
• Design and implement HR strategies that drive engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, succession planning and off‑boarding processes.
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics such as turnover, engagement scores and workforce efficiency, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Maintain consistent HR policies and ensure compliance across the business unit.
• Lead HR projects that balance strategic priorities with operational execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international digital, technology or fast‑growing company.
• Proven track record managing the full employee lifecycle and driving engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to work with HR metrics, compensation data and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
