Senior Change Management Consultant – People Consulting

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a senior professional with deep expertise in change management to join its People Consulting team. You will work on HR transformation, digital strategy and ERP projects, supporting clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality change management outputs, conduct internal reviews and obtain client feedback.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert in HR functional domains and drive effective client communication across global locations.
• Develop thought leadership, tools and methodologies to enhance the practice’s change management capabilities.
• Collaborate with EY global offices to generate demand and build capability within the change management pillar.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR transformation, digital strategy or ERP implementation.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, travel as needed and work in cross‑cultural environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• APMG or PROSCI certification (or equivalent).
• Experience with change strategy, communication planning, impact assessment, training design and stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of analytics tools such as SPSS, Power BI, R or Spotfire.
• Familiarity with HCM cloud solutions like Oracle or SAP.
