About the role

This position serves as the Head of Recruitment within a consulting firm that assists students in gaining admission to competitive private schools, boarding schools, and universities. You will collaborate with multiple departments to understand hiring needs and shape the recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities

Visit all departments to gather role requirements.
Plan quarterly hiring volumes and determine staffing needs.
Make hiring decisions and potentially manage existing recruiters.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience working as a sourcer.
Decisive personality.
