HR Business Partner – Fixed Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a fixed‑term basis to support a multinational organization in the North Greater Buenos Aires region. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and employees to drive people initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Argentine labor legislation, company policies, and HR practices.
• Participate in union and labor‑relations matters, including collective bargaining when applicable.
• Deliver HR support to operational and functional teams, addressing workforce challenges.
• Collaborate with specialized HR teams to implement compensation, benefits, learning, and development initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and workforce trends to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a Business Partner, Generalist or Management role.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor legislation and employee‑relations practices.
• Experience working with unions and collective bargaining processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to support leaders in manufacturing, industrial, shared‑services or corporate environments.
• Excellent influencing, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
