Head of Resource Management & Operations – LATAM

About the role

Edelman is seeking a strategic, operationally‑driven leader to head Resource Management and Operations for its LATAM Solutions organization. Reporting to regional leadership, you will oversee workflow, staffing, and resource allocation across Creative, Strategy, Digital, Intelligence, Design and Creator teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee LATAM Solutions operations, including workflow management, staffing structures, utilization tracking, budgeting support and resource allocation across multiple discipline teams.
• Partner with regional practice leads, local GMs and account teams to align operational priorities with business objectives and client needs.
• Collaborate on project planning, team structures and integrated delivery models across regional and local markets.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen operational consistency.
• Establish reporting frameworks for utilization, workload balancing, team health and performance metrics.
• Support pricing, quoting, forecasting and commercial planning alongside finance and leadership.
• Provide operational support for pitches, new‑business opportunities and integrated client solutions.
• Identify award opportunities and coordinate related operational processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and operational excellence across the region.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in resource management or operations within a professional services or communications environment.
• Advanced English fluency.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance business needs, team capacity and client priorities.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional settings and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative and results‑oriented.
