About the role

Sagapixel, a fast‑growing healthcare‑focused digital marketing agency, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Website Content Manager to support its SEO team. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST, handling routine web content tasks.

Key responsibilities

Upload content to social media accounts.
Add new pages or posts to client websites.
Make SEO updates such as title tags, redirects, and internal links.
Perform other routine digital marketing tasks as needed.

Required profile

Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
Basic understanding of SEO (bonus).
