Programmatic Manager

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Programmatic Manager to lead programmatic and direct buying initiatives for ambitious brands. You will work within a cross‑functional team to design, execute and optimise full‑funnel media campaigns across Display, Video, CTV and Audio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement programmatic strategies that align with client business objectives.
• Manage mid‑to‑high level budgets, allocating spend across tactics and inventory to maximise ROI.
• Negotiate and manage Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals with premium publishers.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for client presentations.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Data Strategy teams to ensure cohesive media mixes.
• Oversee technical quality, brand safety and third‑party verification (IAS, DV).

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on programmatic media buying experience.
• Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including identity solutions and the cookie‑less landscape.
• Proven ability to manage full‑funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• DSP platforms: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP.
• Ad server: Google Campaign Manager 360.
• Third‑party verification tools: IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT.
• Advanced Excel and data‑visualisation tools.
