Head of Owner Experience

About the role

The Vines is seeking a senior leader to own and elevate the post‑sale experience for over 300 vineyard, villa and winery owners in the Uco Valley. Reporting to the General Manager of Private Vineyards, this role will be based in Mendoza and will serve as the trusted point of contact for owners throughout their long‑term journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship for 320 owners, anticipating needs and handling complex situations proactively.
• Lead a team of 8‑10 professionals across account management, wine experience, label management and logistics.
• Design, implement and continuously improve a four‑tier service model launching July 1.
• Coordinate with resort, winemaking and villa teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Drive revenue through tier upgrades, increased winemaking volumes, villa sales and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of eight or more in client services, luxury hospitality, premium membership or private‑wealth environments.
• Proven track record managing high‑value, long‑term client relationships with strong renewal and referral rates.
• Commitment to stewardship and long‑term relationship building over short‑term sales.
• Alignment with the principles of “Unreasonable Hospitality” and the EOS operating system.
