GTM Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and ship the technical infrastructure behind our growth motion, partnering with the Growth Marketing team to turn GTM strategy into production‑grade systems.

Key responsibilities

• Write code, wire up integrations, and automate the GTM stack to support growth initiatives.
• Develop and productize automations using Claude, Zapier, n8n, and other tools to replace manual GTM processes.
• Build enrichment infrastructure, including ICP segmentation, scoring, and signal‑to‑action workflows that turn raw data into sales‑ready intelligence.
• Design multi‑channel prospecting pipelines with A/B testing, automated lead enrichment, response detection, and deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm‑up, bounce handling).
• Own technical implementations for ABM and paid media, connecting audience targeting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google), managing suppression and match‑rate workflows, and automating testing and bidding.
• Construct AI‑driven demand‑generation infrastructure, integrating content surfacing, capture, routing, and speed‑to‑lead processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in GTM engineering or RevOps.
• Hands‑on experience building workflows with large language models such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce data model and integration/automation within the CRM.
• Proven ability to connect systems via REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and handle rate limiting and errors.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Clay combined with coding ability.
• Track record of building systems from scratch, instrumenting funnels, and shipping rapid prototypes.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Nice‑to‑have: startup experience, exposure to data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), and a formal background in software or data engineering.
