Growth Strategy Manager (Portuguese Speaker) - Buenos Aires

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager based in Buenos Aires. You will be a key architect of Fever's expansion across the region, owning the growth roadmap and defining how the business model and partner portfolio are built. Working at the intersection of data, marketing and business development, you will lead projects and partners that drive success in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market, driving projects with impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Act as lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, using Fever's data and technology to help them grow.
• Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows so operations stay lean and efficient as the business scales.
• Work with regional stakeholders such as Country and Regional General Managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
• Proven ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, communicate with senior stakeholders and manage diverse stakeholders across cultures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R is preferred.
