Group Travel Specialist

About the role

Pure! Travel Group is seeking a creative and commercially‑driven Group Travel Specialist for its Argentina office. You will design and execute corporate events, incentives and group travel across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Design and bid on tailor‑made group travel proposals, budgets and RFP responses.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with international event agencies and corporate accounts, expanding the portfolio in the US, Europe and Asia.
• Manage full group operations, negotiate rates, allotments and special terms with hotels, venues and local suppliers.
• Coordinate site inspections and provide on‑site hospitality support during events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience handling groups within an inbound DMC or tour operator.
• Advanced English with flawless written and spoken communication.
• Deep knowledge of venues, hotel infrastructure and logistics in the Southern Cone and Brazil.

• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills and a creative mindset.
