Group Director, Data Analytics

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Group Director, Data Analytics to lead its LATAM analytics practice from Buenos Aires. You will build and scale a high‑performing team, align regional analytics with global strategy, and deliver world‑class insights for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance, quality and culture of the LATAM analytics practice.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a Buenos Aires analytics team from the ground up.
• Define and execute a regional analytics strategy that supports global objectives.
• Oversee data collection, analysis and interpretation to improve client marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Lead the application of predictive analytics, machine learning and attribution modeling.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting structures for clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with U.S. analytics leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader in data and digital‑marketing analytics.
• Experience building and scaling analytics teams in high‑growth environments.
• Strong strategic vision combined with deep technical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across regions.
