Graphic Designer

About the role

PerkUp, a swag and gifting platform used by companies such as Microsoft, Wise and Wealthsimple, is seeking a Graphic Designer who excels at creating realistic product mockups and handling production files for bulk merchandise orders.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic product mockups with correct logo placement, colour and scale for client orders.
• Prepare production files including vectors, Pantone codes and appropriate decoration methods.
• Vectorise client logos when only PNG files are provided.
• Maintain up‑to‑date catalog images.
• Collaborate directly with the Customer Success team and clients.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, especially with logo placement and colour accuracy.
• Problem‑solver who can independently find answers to new challenges.
• Proactive communicator comfortable sharing ideas to improve processes.
• Enjoys working in an international, multicultural environment.
• Conversational English for team communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for print production (vectors, Pantone, dielines).
• Knowledge of decoration methods such as screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, sublimation and engraving.
• Experience creating realistic mockups and preparing production‑ready files.
