Closet Design Trainer & QA Specialist

About the role

JL Closets, a leader in premium custom storage solutions, seeks a remote Closet Design Trainer & QA Specialist to uphold design standards, ensure technical compliance, and mentor the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Review 3D plans, technical measurements, specifications, and quotes for accuracy.
• Provide ongoing technical training, constructive feedback, and follow‑up support to designers.
• Verify that all design submissions meet JL Closets’ technical requirements and quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies, recommend corrections, and help prevent recurring design issues.
• Standardize design practices and workflows across the team.

Required profile

• Degree or professional background in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of closet design, interior layouts, technical drawings, and measurements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot design errors.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• KCD Software or similar design tools (preferred).
• Zoho CRM experience (a plus).
