Creative Director

About the role

JumpSeat is looking for a senior Creative Director to lead and grow its creative department. You will manage a small in‑house team, a freelance bench, and the processes that deliver high‑impact brand, campaign, web, and pitch work while shaping the use of AI in creative production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop two full‑time creatives and manage freelance talent to meet quality and budget standards.
• Set the creative vision, standards and workflow, and champion them across the agency.
• Own capacity planning, anticipate resourcing needs and balance workload.
• Partner with delivery teams on priorities, timelines and scope, ensuring on‑brand, on‑time delivery.
• Drive brand development, campaign concepting, ABM programs, digital advertising and website design.
• Experiment with AI tools, decide adoption points, and establish guardrails for quality and client trust.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Creative Director, ACD or Head of Creative in a fast‑paced agency.
• Track record of building and scaling a creative department, including capacity and process management.
• Strong partnership skills with delivery and account teams, comfortable negotiating priorities.
• Hands‑on creative ability across branding, web, campaigns and digital advertising.
• Passion for growing people and fostering a high‑performing team culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
