Graphic Designer – Brand, Social & Marketing Assets (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Menaia is looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual side of its marketing efforts. You will create social media graphics, ad creatives, brand assets and support video production for a SaaS platform serving field service companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics and campaign creative for paid and organic channels.
• Produce ad creative that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create brand assets and templates such as decks, one‑pagers and email graphics.
• Design frames and assets for video content and guide a motion graphics editor.
• Maintain consistency across all visual materials using the brand system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Fluent spoken English for live calls.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Canva
• After Effects (optional but a plus)
• AI‑assisted design tools such as Midjourney or Higgsfield (optional)
