Global Talent Acquisition Partner – Asia & Multilingual Recruitment

About the role

Kreato Global is looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead multilingual recruitment initiatives across Asia. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for native‑speaking professionals and work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to support strategic hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for multilingual professionals.
• Source native‑speaking candidates across Asian markets and other international regions.
• Conduct structured interviews in English and assess communication, professionalism, and technical readiness.
• Build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics.
• Recommend and implement innovative sourcing approaches.
• Establish relationships with universities, professional associations and language communities throughout Asia.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international recruitment.
• Proven success recruiting candidates throughout Asia.
• Existing recruitment network or demonstrated sourcing experience in at least one Asian market (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea).
• Experience sourcing multilingual professionals for remote positions.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media and referrals.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment.
