About the role

Join the Global Rewards Project & Analytics team to lead end‑to‑end data analysis for the Global Compensation function. You will ensure data quality, develop analytical solutions, and provide actionable insights to support compensation strategies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Maintain data quality standards and perform follow‑ups when needed.
Design and implement analytical initiatives such as dashboards, process automation, and advanced analytics techniques.
Deliver key metrics and generate insights for global stakeholders.
Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to uncover patterns that support strategic initiatives.
Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and support analytical deliverables.

Required profile

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical or stakeholder‑management roles within compensation or rewards.
Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
