About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and operations across LATAM for a multinational services company. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, high‑demand recruiting environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop recruiting teams across multiple LATAM countries.
Adapt the global TA strategy to the specific needs of each market.
Combine strategic planning with strong operational execution.
Design and implement solutions for high‑volume recruiting challenges.

Required profile

10–15 years of professional experience with a strong leadership background.
Solid experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, leading multi‑country teams.
Proven ability to manage and influence regional and global stakeholders.
Experience in high‑volume, high‑demand recruiting environments.
Bilingual English proficiency.
