Functional Consultant – Veeva QMS

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Functional Consultant specialized in Veeva QMS to join a global Life Sciences project. You will work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver quality management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requirements, evolutionary improvements and application support for Veeva QMS.
• Analyze incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolutions across functional and technical teams.
• Document functional specifications, test cases and release notes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Application Consultant, System Administrator or Product Owner for Veeva QMS.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes such as CAPA, Deviations, Change Control, Complaints and Audits.
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices or Life Sciences industry.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
