Functional Consultant – Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS)

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Functional Consultant specialized in Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS) to join a global Life Sciences project. The role bridges business and technology teams to ensure regulatory submissions are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements and design regulatory solutions.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in testing, UAT, defect management and validation activities.
• Provide analytical support and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Operations or Technology within pharma or Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end regulatory processes and submission lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with RIMS as a key user, functional consultant or business analyst.
• Advanced English (C2) – oral and written.

Required skills

• Veeva Vault RIM, Ennov Regulatory, Lorenz or similar RIMS platforms.
• Regulatory Publishing, Master Data Management and Document Management.
• Experience in GxP regulated environments and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Agile methodologies.
