French‑Speaking Operations Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑speaking Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between guests, cleaning crews, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless stays.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties across multiple booking platforms.
• Communicate with guests in French and English, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, inquiries, reviews, and any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to guarantee each property is guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, pricing updates, and assist with listing optimization.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and channel management data.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO platforms.
• Familiarity with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable.
• Knowledge of revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs.
