Freelance Audiovisual Production Coordinator

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Freelance Audiovisual Production Coordinator to work closely with client Image Producers and agency Content Studios. You will manage the localisation of visual assets for websites, apps, and marketing materials, ensuring cultural relevance for Spanish‑speaking markets and supporting broader language teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret localisation strategy from the client Image Producer and align deadlines with functional producers.
• Plan resourcing, prioritise tasks, and build consolidated short‑lists of campaign imagery.
• Gather screengrabs, assets and create briefs for Geo Content Studios to produce new screens.
• Request photo retouching for lifestyle images and route cross‑functional imagery for approval.
• Coordinate with Worldwide Image Producers, Business Affairs, and Digital Asset Managers to source and transfer assets.
• Maintain the Geo asset database, archive previous jobs, and train new CPM team members.
• Develop deep proficiency in iOS and macOS software to support client product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of visual localisation and cultural nuances across languages.
• Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience handling large asset libraries and training junior team members.
