Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be a key member of the corporate consolidation FP&A team, guiding business leaders on monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and operating plans. The role consolidates departmental budgets, analyses financial results and provides actionable insights to senior management while supporting the development of processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a holistic understanding of the organization by working across the P&L and key business drivers.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on assigned business areas.
• Consolidate financial data from the FP&A team and other planning groups.
• Create and deliver reports for managers and senior leadership.
• Support workforce planning and assist leaders with monthly forecasting.
• Help compile the annual operating plan for the business.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and reporting for leadership.
• Discuss company financial performance with managers and executives.
• Lead improvements and automation of reporting and business‑intelligence processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to interact with all organizational levels, including senior management.
• High motivation, strong customer focus and quick learning ability.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting and planning systems and processes in Oracle or similar.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (or comparable financial reporting and planning system).
