About the role

Join the Finance & Business Management team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst focused on Latin America and Canada. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while delivering insights that influence senior leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities with finance teams and business lines, gathering inputs and aligning timelines.
• Produce presentations, analyses, and supporting materials for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis, including annual budget and periodic forecast variance reporting.
• Build, maintain, and review financial models for recurring and ad‑hoc needs.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis on key drivers to identify root causes and recommend actions.
• Consolidate multiple data sets into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations.
• Support recurring reporting and ad‑hoc initiatives with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain effective relationships with finance partners and other stakeholder teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
