About the role

The Finance Auxiliary Junior supports standard Operational Finance activities across the Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Record to Report processes. The role ensures compliance with SOPs, maintains documentation, and contributes to audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

Follow Standard Operating Procedures, maintain process documentation, and ensure audit compliance.
Execute process deliverables accurately and error‑free.
Update Master Data and manage its impact across multiple systems.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate with the Operations Manager.
Initiate and assist in continuous process improvements.
Escalate issues promptly to the Operations Manager and propose action plans.
Provide accurate, timely information for external, internal, and client audits.
