Experienced Recruiting Manager (GDS Argentina)

About the role

EY is looking for an Assistant Director, Experienced Recruiting Manager (GDS-Argentina) to lead and develop a team of recruiting professionals supporting experienced-hire recruiting. The role oversees day-to-day team operations, drives performance and accountability, and acts as a key link between the Argentina recruiting team and US Experienced Recruiting leadership. It also helps build and scale recruiting capabilities within Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Experienced Recruiting team, foster a high-performance, inclusive culture, run regular one-on-ones, coach and support career development.
• Monitor productivity, workload, service levels, KPIs and operational metrics, identify trends and risks, and report results to US leaders.
• Run coaching, development plans and training to close learning and performance gaps, and promote continuous improvement.
• Partner with US-based leaders and other TA2 and Talent stakeholders, share insights and act as a trusted advisor on team performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, performance and behavioural issues, escalate persistent issues with recommended actions, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Work with GDS TA2 and Talent leaders on performance expectations, LEAD activities, compliance and workforce planning, and ensure adherence to policies and local requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations or Talent Management.
• Experience leading recruiting teams and managing performance in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate recruiting professionals.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
