Experience Builder Intern - Creative Design

About the role

Join Salesforce's Q Branch innovation team as an Experience Builder Intern, where you will help turn complex business ideas into visual stories using generative AI and design tools. This 1‑year, part‑time internship supports real customer deals across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Support discovery by defining presentation objectives and selecting traditional or AI‑powered formats.
• Create visual assets such as presentations, prototypes, mockups, and videos using design software and generative AI tools.
• Experiment with AI‑driven artifacts to accelerate and improve the quality of deliverables.
• Apply and maintain Salesforce brand standards on all outputs.
• Collaborate on mid‑term strategic projects for the Solutions Builder team.

Required profile

• Student in Design, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Figma, Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Genuine curiosity about generative AI tools applied to design.
• Portfolio showing a range of visual approaches.
• Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
