Creative Design Experience Builder Internship

About the role

Join Salesforce's Q Branch innovation team as an Experience Builder Intern focused on creative design. You will help translate complex business ideas into visual stories that support real customer deals, using both traditional design tools and generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions to define presentation objectives and choose the right mix of traditional and AI‑powered formats.
• Create visual assets such as decks, prototypes, mockups, and videos using design software and generative AI tools.
• Experiment with AI‑driven artifacts to accelerate the team’s output and maintain Salesforce brand standards.
• Collaborate on mid‑term strategic projects for the Solutions Builder team and receive mentorship from a dedicated Trailguide.

Required profile

• Student in Design, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Figma, Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Genuine curiosity about generative AI tools applied to design, with a portfolio of personal or academic projects.
• Strong English communication skills, organized, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
