Executive Assistant & Marketing/Sales Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant who will also coordinate marketing and sales activities. Working fully remote, you will support executive leadership while ensuring CRM data accuracy, driving sales operations, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
• Draft professional emails, presentations, and executive documents.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and company documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external projects, monitor timelines, and communicate status updates.
• Work with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, track sales pipeline activity, and generate reports for leadership.
• Support marketing initiatives and ensure smooth operational processes.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Residency in Latin America.
