About the role

Global Lingo is seeking a Localization Project Manager to lead a portfolio of language services projects for global clients. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring project quality, and driving efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across marketing, e‑commerce, transcription, minute‑taking, and localization projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and exceptional service.
• Coordinate internal teams and external resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
• Seek client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage client expectations, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and financial status.
• Strong focus on quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CAT tools and relevant business applications.
