About the role

We are looking for a senior Financial Planning Specialist to support Mercado Envíos, the logistics arm of our Marketplace business. The role bridges operational logistics data with strategic decision‑making, helping the company optimise costs and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

Act as a financial advisor for the Marketplace, translating logistics costs into actionable business decisions.
Develop, maintain and continuously improve forecasting and budgeting models focused on logistics and operational expenses.
Monitor cost and revenue variances, analyse root causes and provide concrete recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to anticipate deviations and propose improvement levers.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning or similar finance roles.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in variance analysis and budget preparation.
Familiarity with artificial‑intelligence tools and data‑management techniques.
