Email Marketing Associate

About the role

Darkroom, a growth marketing firm, is hiring an Email Marketing Associate to write, build and deploy email and SMS campaigns for its DTC and e-commerce clients. The role works closely with Retention Managers and designers, from ideation and copywriting through to QA and reporting. It is fully remote, supports a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Write, proof and schedule email and SMS campaigns for clients, and manage their revision and approval process
• Develop creative campaign concepts for retention marketing calendars and produce the copy, working with the in-house design team on design approach and approvals
• Set up automation flows, pop-up builds and app integrations
• Produce copy, proof and schedule campaigns, and run QA and reporting

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing or e-commerce
• Past experience at an agency or working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email service provider
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
